Who can attend the Christmas party?

Foster children whose participation has been coordinated through partner agencies and social workers.

Can I register a child through this website?

No. To protect children’s privacy and ensure proper coordination, Kare for Kids does not accept public child registrations online. Families with questions should contact their assigned agency or social worker.

How old must volunteers be?

All volunteers must be at least 16 years old.

Does submitting a volunteer application confirm my position?

No. Every application is reviewed manually, and approved volunteers receive their assignments by email.

Can I choose my volunteer role?

Applicants select first and second choices. Final assignments depend on event needs and available openings.

When will volunteers receive arrival instructions?

Approved volunteers receive final arrival and event instructions by email closer to the celebration.

Can businesses, churches, and organizations help?

Yes. Community partners can volunteer, donate, or contact Kare for Kids about sponsorship opportunities.

Where and when is the next celebration?

The next celebration is December 12, 2026, at Lone Oak First Baptist Church in Paducah, Kentucky. Final times will be announced later.
